By using Biliom's services, you acknowledge and agree that we will share certain personal information with third-party service providers to complete reservations on your behalf.

Information We Share

When you request a reservation through Biliom, we will share the following information with the venue or service provider:

• Your Name - To identify the reservation holder
• Your Phone Number - To allow the venue to contact you if needed and to confirm your reservation
• Reservation Details - Including date, time, party size, and any special requests

Why We Share This Information

We share this information to:

• Complete your reservation request with the venue or service provider
• Allow the venue to contact you for confirmation or updates
• Ensure the venue can properly prepare for and honor your reservation
• Comply with the venue's booking and cancellation policies

Who We Share With

Your information is only shared with:

• The specific venue or service provider you have requested a reservation with
• Our AI voice calling service provider (necessary to make the reservation call)
• Service providers who assist in processing your reservation

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Control

You have the right to:

• Choose which reservations you request through Biliom
• Cancel reservations at any time
• Request that we do not share your information with specific venues
• Delete your account and associated data

Data Protection

We take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information during transmission and storage. However, please note that once information is shared with third-party venues, their own privacy policies will govern how they handle your data.

Venue Privacy Policies

Each venue or service provider may have their own privacy policies regarding how they collect, use, and store your information. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of venues you make reservations with.

Updates to This Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
